High School Support
We know as a high school student it can be hard to know what career paths are available to you. Our early identification programs are here to help you understand what we do, what you might want to do for a career, and then to help you get there. With on campus events, scholarship programs, and connections with local high schools, we want to help you kickstart your career right here in Milwaukee.

Career Readiness
We’re all about opening doors and making connections for college students. And our career readiness programs are one way we’re doing that. We offer resume workshops, interview prep sessions, networking events, and career exploration programs. All with the goal of helping you learn the skills and knowledge you need to be successful in your future career – whether that’s an internship here at Northwestern Mutual (we hope!) or somewhere else after graduation.

Internships
For students entering their junior or senior year of college who are looking for real work experience, this is the place. We offer a 10-week paid summer internship program across all career areas – tech, marketing, finance, HR, law, you name it. It’s an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that make a real impact on our business, make connections, and have the potential to earn a full-time job offer.
