Case Management

Our case managers have the power to make the enrollment experience positive for all – from our financial advisors to our underwriters to the clients themselves. You’ll work to move new policies through the underwriting process by gathering information to help underwriters assess risk, and providing updates and support to advisors along the way. 

Client Advocacy

Join our client service team for a fast-paced career that grows with you. From fielding client calls to supporting financial advisors with complex questions, every day and every call is different. Claims

Claims specialists are the go-to person for clients and financial representatives in our call center.
