Principal
Principals are responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and execution of private equity and debt investment opportunities originated by NM Capital. You’ll develop investment theses, conduct industry and business due diligence, review financial models and valuations, structure investment securities, and more. Principals are also responsible for monitoring and optimizing investments in the NM Capital portfolio and have opportunities for upward mobility.
Analyst
Our Investment Analysts are responsible for assisting in the evaluation of new private equity and debt investments across a wide range of industries. The work includes financial modeling and valuation, conducting industry and business due diligence, assisting in the writing of investment recommendation memos, and contributing to investment committee discussions. You’ll also assist in the evaluation and monitoring of our $65+ billion private equity and debt portfolio.
Analyst Intern
Our Summer Analyst internship program is designed for high performing undergraduates interested in finance and investing who want to gain direct exposure to private equity and debt investing. During the program, Summer Analysts begin to develop invaluable foundational skillsets in valuation, financial modeling, investment thesis development and deal execution.
