Associate
Our Associates are responsible for providing due diligence support on proposed new debt and equity investments. You’ll work in partnership with various areas of the business while leading the investment underwriting process, including architecture, environmental, law, closing, insurance and tax.
Analyst
As an analyst, you’ll provide broad analytical support to multiple functional units, including portfolio management, loan and equity production, asset management and real estate services. Plus, you’ll support the reporting of debt and equity portfolio performance.
Analyst/Associate Intern
Our summer analyst and associate internship program is designed to give you meaningful exposure to the full cycle of the deal process and collaborate with our production, underwriting, and asset management teams. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and see real estate assets in person.
