Our Sustained Action for Racial Equity Task Force is examining racism and inequality from every perspective to drive change in our company and communities. The task force is made up of more than 80 leaders from across our corporate and field offices who come together to build, advance and execute bold initiatives around four key outcomes: creating a culture of belonging, elevating word-class talent, building financial inclusion and Black/African American prosperity, and ensuring marketplace impact and relevance.
