About the Job

The Digital Analytics Engineer III supports the strategy, implementation, and governance of enterprise digital behavioral analytics data collection across multiple applications and platforms. This role is a key technical contributor responsible for implementing high‑quality, scalable solutions and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital behavioral data.

Working closely with product, engineering, analytics, and data teams, this role ensures accurate data collection that supports both in‑platform reporting and downstream data consumers, including product, data science, and business intelligence teams.

What You’ll Do

Implement and support digital behavioral analytics solutions across web and application experiences, primarily using Adobe Analytics.

Configure and maintain tagging through Adobe Launch (or similar tools), including custom JavaScript events.

Ensure accurate, consistent tracking of user behavior and journeys across multiple digital applications.

Partner with product, engineering, data science and other cross-functional teams to translate measurement requirements into an enterprise digital behavioral data strategy

Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot data quality issues; work with development teams to resolve defects.

Maintain implementation documentation, tagging specifications, and data definitions.

Support data consumers by ensuring digital analytics data is dependable and usable both within analytics platforms and downstream data pipelines.

Participate in agile delivery processes, including story refinement, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.

Contribute to source control, release processes, and peer code reviews for analytics implementations.

Act as a subject matter expert for digital behavioral analytics and promote best practices across teams.

Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and support knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2–4 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting digital analytics solutions.

Experience with Adobe Analytics, with familiarity in additional platforms such as Google Analytics or Heap.

Experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager), including custom event development.

Proficiency in JavaScript, including analytics implementations for Single Page Applications.

Experience ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency in digital analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of digital behavioral analytics concepts, processes, and best practices.

Experience working within agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical partners.

Data Architecture: Designs and maintains the structure of logical and physical data assets and data management resources; develops and governs policies and processes for data collection, storage, arrangement, integration, and usage of data.

Data Integrity: Resolves issues in data to ensure higher accuracy and consistency over its entire lifecycle of design, implementation, and usage.

Programming Languages: Demonstrates proficiency in one or more programming languages to execute activities, tasks, practices, and deliverables associated with writing and modifying programs and scripts that comprise an application system; designs, codes, tests, and installs complex computer programs and maintains detailed documentation of programming tasks.

$108,160.00 USD - $162,240.00 USD

Structure 115:

$113,040.00 USD - $169,560.00 USD
