A Few More Things to Know

When you apply, you’ll create an account within Workday, our applicant tracking system. You can go into your Candidate Home within your Workday account to see where your application is in the process.

While we try to get back to people within a few weeks, timing can vary based on the role. Many of our most popular roles get hundreds of applicants so please be patient if it takes a bit longer!

There are a few ways you can enhance your resume to make sure it’s highlighting you and your skill set. Check out our favorite adjustments for making sure your resume is working as hard as you are.

Yes! At NM, we prioritize skills-based hiring. We look first at your skills and proficiencies (ranging from beginner to expert) and how well they align with the role you’re applying for. This means we focus on what you can do and how your capabilities can contribute to the team.

If you are selected to advance to the phone/video screen stage of interviewing, you’ll be assigned an NM recruiter who can help answer any questions you might have.

Of course! However, we recommend tailoring your application and resume to the skills and requirements needed for each role you’re applying for.

We love referrals. Be sure to reach out to that person before you apply. They’ll go through the referral process on our side and reach out to you to have you complete your application.
