Accepting a role at NM

We like you, you like us. It’s a match. At this point, we’ll officially extend an offer. This is your opportunity to consider the offer, review the benefits and talk with loved ones before accepting.

A Few More Things to Know

While there isn’t an official timeline, most candidates who receive an offer will hear from their recruiter within 3-5 business days. You can reach out to your recruiter for more details on the timeline. 

Changing jobs is a big deal, and we want you to have time to review your offer and talk to loved ones. We only ask that you respond to your recruiter within 48 hours with your decision.

You are always welcome to negotiate.
