This role will be spearhead the strategic direction of lead management and subscriber on-boarding for Financial Planning Services (FPS). This role has accountability for leading and operationalizing advisor on-boarding for the Private Client Group (PCG) and the Lead Advisor Program/Pilot.

Primary duties & accountabilities:

Sets direction and key outcomes for FPS lead management and subscriber on-boarding to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience for prospective and new subscribers from the time of initial interest through initial submission of work.

Leads the operationalization and ongoing evolution of advisor on-boarding for the Private Client Group (PCG) and the Lead Advisor Program/Pilot, with potential for scaling to additional programs.

Builds an effective team committed to meeting departmental and organization goals. Fosters collaboration and creates a strong morale and spirit while hiring, mentoring and developing staff.

Recommends and drives continuous improvement efforts, independently seeks and implements solutions.

Aligns strategies, projects, and plans from across the enterprise that impact FPS subscriber experience and advisor on-boarding.

Independently leads complex business area projects/support assignments with decision making authority and/or participates in cross-departmental projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business, or other related areas.
  • Experience running and developing professional level staff.
  • Ability to integrate workforce skill sets with work processes, structure, information flow and decision making.
  • Proven ability to think and plan strategically to include ability to anticipate future consequences and trends accurately, broad knowledge and perspective; ability to articulate and paint credible pictures and vision of operational approaches.
  • Experience independently leading and executing complex projects with cross-departmental impact.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are crucial to success in the role, including excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
