Sr Digital Analytics Consultant
Evangelizes digital analytics standards across the enterprise.
Partner with Marketing & Product teams to develop measurement methodology that can be adopted and scaled across multiple teams and use cases
Support in-platform Adobe Analytics reporting efforts across the organization by working to define and develop data governance layer
Partner with Data Science teams to serve as the digital analytics subject matter expert
Translate business requirements into measurable goals, identifying technical requirements and partnering with implementation teams to ensure data is captured accurately
Leads the efforts to build a fact base and assemble business cases for strategic recommendations that are technical in nature
Works with product, engineering and analytics teams to ensure that tagging is implemented correctly to provide meaningful analytics
Identifies goals that align with organization initiatives and drives the team to successful delivery.
Provides platform administration services to the enterprise.
Ensures connectivity of user’s experience and journey through NM’s digital properties.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience working hands on with digital analytics data
The ability to monitor the integrity and accuracy of data generated in Adobe Analytics and work with the development teams to resolve any issues.
A track record of Identifying innovative analytical approaches and continuously seeking improvements in methodology for digital analytics delivery
An understanding of relevant technologies applicable to digital analytics and can make recommendations for the enterprise
Demonstrated ability to partner with others and work in a matrixed environment
Deep understanding of Digital Analytics process and best practices
Is an awesome team player
Nice to Have:
Experience working in agile environments such as Kanban, Scrum, etc
Financial Services industry background
Project management experience
Experience with extracting digital analytics data and integrating it with other enterprise data sources
