Sr Business Program Manager

Summary:

Provides program management expertise and consultation to business in order to meet department and cross department goals. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and revising program deliverables. Coordinates business programs from initiation through rollout and ongoing program management. Accountable for driving programs with medium complexity.

Program Management includes leading multiple different projects within a program / portfolio which incorporate multiple larger initiatives and overseeing programs / portfolios and initiatives which are ongoing.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Use financial programs and business intelligence tools to synthesize data

into an easy-to- understand budget dashboard used for reporting of financial

status and key metrics to managers and department leadership

  • Interpret Metrics to Identify and investigate variances

  • Collaborate with department leaders on monthly Metrics

  • Identify and implement cost savings measures

  • Lead high volumes of metric activity in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Primary person for maintenance of existing SharePoint sites, and development of new SharePoint needs.

  • Primary person for creation and maintenance of Power BI Dashboards

  • Develop workflows to help automate simple repetitive tasks

  • Collect data and design reports for daily reporting of operational volumes.

  • Ad hoc vendor management support.

  • Ad hoc budget management support.

  • Ad hoc report building for outside areas.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred OR a significant amount of directly-related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience to include data analysis, design, and documentation.

  • Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan and lead cross-department or multi-department programs

  • Proven track record to lead and handle sophisticated assignments.

  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Seen as a team player and is encouraging of group decisions and ideas.

  • Written and oral communications skills with the ability to build rapport within the company, field and /or outside vendors.

  • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.

  • Experience Crafting and maintaining SharePoint Sites

  • Experience Crafting and maintaining Power BI Dashboards

  • Experience at a high level with Microsoft Excel
