What's the role?

Within our Risk Serving team, we are about to embark on building out a new enterprise case management experience based on the Pega platform. We are looking for a  Sr. Product Manager  with experience implementing the Pega platform who will have two key responsibilities - (one) supporting our existing home grown case management digital product, which services a significant portion of our home office/client/field servicing needs, and (two) establishing a vision, standards, developing migration strategies for evolving our current case management product onto the Pega case management platform. This role will work closely with other product managers and engineering partners within our risk servicing area who will be focused on our Pega transformation.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you’ll build the tools and experiences that empower our advisors and help our clients achieve those dreams. You’ll work with a talented team of engineers, designers, data scientists and financial experts to define product vision, strategy and deliver experiences to enable clients to achieve financial security.

Primary   Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Responsible for product vision and strategic positioning with key sponsors across the organization.

  • Develop Roadmap: Responsible for development, acceptance and communication of roadmap. Define and track critical metrics for measure of success and delivery

  • Gather Requirements: Participate in cross-functional work to flesh-out key requirements to ensure quality, value and feature integrity

  • Stakeholdering: Awareness and ability to articulate the product and feature stories to a broader audience (outside the internal digital product or engineering teams)

  • Engineering Partnership: Align and collaborate with engineering to ensure backlog and roadmap is understood and aligned with capacity, new product program offices, HX user experience roadmaps.

  • Author Jira Stories: Translate requirements to technical details to build and validate use cases and stories

  • Feature Prioritization: Develops and maintains multiple prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation according to business value or return on investment

  • Facilitates ceremonies: Facilitates the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree

  • 4-5 Years of prior experience with at least 4 working in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience

  • Experience working with case management digital products preferred

  • Pega Case Management Experience - required
