We are looking for a Senior Director to join our team who is an experienced thought leader to focus on providing overall strategic and executive leadership. This Senior Director of Engineering will be an experienced leader within Planning Experience (PX).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Delivery

Ensures timely delivery of business value through technology as negotiated with product and business

Mitigates Risk

Helps with Modernization efforts

Communicates and nurtures an engaging relationship with business stakeholders

Collaborates with technical partners (ex. Testing, support, design, product, security) to ensure timely and quality deliverables

Expectations/Guidelines

Leading through multiple engineering teams and their respective leads.

Growing engineering skill sets in others.

Ensures continuous improvement of Engineering capabilities
Prior Experience:
-
5-7 year primary leadership role in delivering business outcomes and leading teams with direct reports
-
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide organization maturity
-
Demonstrated experience creating tech strategy
-
Strong communication skills at all levels – upwards and down
-
Strong understanding of architecture concepts, resilient application design, cloud technologies and automation; product focused.
Qualifications & Related Experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree Required
-
Minimum 8 Years' Experience in Highly Technical Roles Covering Multiple Areas Required

Deep Hands-On Knowledge of Application Development, Operation and Support Practices
-
Deep Hands-On Knowledge of Either Web/Cloud/Web Service Based Technology, APIs Or DevOps Concepts; Appropriate Professional Designation Preferred; Prior Experience Leading/coaching/mentoring engineering teams
