The talent acquisition team within Career Distribution is responsible for the strategy and development of programs to support the attraction of high quality, diverse talent into both internship and fulltime roles, ensuring those newest members are proficient, engaged, and quickly growing a successful career.

As the Recruitment Marketing Consultant, you will take both a lead and partnership role on a range of strategic initiatives, programs, and efforts aimed at attracting diverse and qualified talent for the financial representative role and financial representative internship. Key strategies will be developed based on analytics and insights, and are measured by recruiting, diversity, productivity, and retention.

Accountabilities:

  • Support recruitment brand & marketing strategy to drive acquisition of full-time and intern candidates through full funnel paid campaigns, strategic partnerships, and social media
  • Lead messaging approach and application of the career value proposition across social and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and executes key initiatives through agencies, social media team, communications, and corporate talent
  • Supports diversity & inclusion strategy through partnerships, content, and activation
  • Partner with diversity & inclusion team to incorporate best practices for attracting, selecting, and developing under-represented talent into new or existing processes and tools
  • Leads execution of recruiting events, programs, and partnerships with the Campus Programs and New Rep Growth & Development teams
  • Manage strategic partnerships to help drive awareness of the talent brand and acquisition of core targets
  • Oversees talent brand presence and responsible for making recommendations on how to improve presence to attract top talent
  • Responsible for writing creative briefs and developing on-brand creative from concept to completion
  • Serves as liaison to the brand team to ensure our messaging approach is aligned
  • Manages reporting and performance across digital, social, and strategic partnerships

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with 3+ years of experience in marketing/communications, including social and digital channels, and/or 3+ years in talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to identify or anticipate future trends and lead the necessary change management
  • Ability to create, innovate, consult, market, and implement
  • Proven ability to influence change through others.
  • Ability to adapt style and build consensus with client group leaders.
  • Demonstrated skill in project management.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb complex information and convert it to an understandable format.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and analyze information from multiple resources to make business decisions.
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time, (U.S. only)

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
