Data is a critical driver of this approach, and a cornerstone for how NM engages with its customers. To help guide the effort, NM’s Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, organized, and motivated Lead Program Manager to join the Strategy & Business Operations team! In this role you will partner closely with data, technology, and business leadership to drive the execution of initiatives across the enterprise and will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Operations.

As a Lead Program Manager, you will support the Core Data & Analytics operations, managing business priorities and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. You will support the execution of data strategy delivery and metrics. This role will be based at our New York campus.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with partners on planning, roadmap development, operational planning

  • Monitor key departmental priorities and help drive meeting planning and preparation

  • Support the execution of the department’s OKRs across all groups within the data organization

  • Liaise with Technology Leaders and cross functional business partners in connection with the Data Strategy Steering Committee

  • Support the creation and execution of internal and external communications for the organization, leveraging relevant key partners for content creation and approval - e.g. Finance, Communications, HR, Data Strategy Steering Committee Leadership, Technology Partners etc.

  • Your manager spends most of their time on strategic responsibilities

  • Your manager is well prepared and equipped with both context and materials for critical meetings

  • Core Data & Analytics is providing increased accessibility and visibility to its strategy, decisions, and deliverables

  • There is cohesion between the Data & Analytics team, Technology, and the broader enterprise

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Sets and manage priorities

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys creating structure out of uncertainty

  • Strong verbal and written communication to include expression of facts and ideas, interpretation of information and the ability to make clear and convincing presentation

  • Ability to navigate the levels of audiences and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience of business and financial management and overall business support

Desired Background:

  • 5+ years of Data, Technology, Business or Consulting related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • PowerBI and Tableau

  • Supported operations and or project management teams

  • Previous experience organizing complex and ambiguous projects

  • Incredible organization and influencing skills

  • Supported enterprise-level projects / programs

This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
