This position is a team that equips the Technology organization with a rapid response capability, by utilizing skilled technology professionals that can be rapidly deployed to accelerate IT solutioning on high priority business needs. Speed and simplicity will be top of mind. A key principal of the team is maximum value, where value = outcome delivery. As a Lead Product Manager, you'll manage multiple work efforts. You'll work with a passionate team of engineers and architects on a fast paced evolving area.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Gather Requirements:  Accountable for capturing higher level, more complex requirements. General understanding/knowledge of various opportunities. Review and validate requirements gathered within team.

Defines Opportunities:  Responsible for multiple medium to high complexity opportunities from start to finish.

Stakeholdering:  Ability to deliver key messages, marketing and communications to key stakeholders across technology.

Partnership:  Partner with multiple areas in technology to ensure cohesive future state delivery and teamwork throughout the engagement. Ability to raise concerns to multiple levels of the organization.

Prioritization:  Develop and maintain multiple prioritized backlog items for the team.

Leadership:  Ability to lead multiple teams on multiple high priority efforts and guide the team through ambiguity.

Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor's degree

6-8 Years of prior experience with at least 6 working in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience.

Knowledge Preferred:  formal business analyst, engineering or testing experience, knowledge of the financial services industry, familiar with BI tools, Certification or experience with Product Owner or Scrum Master role, experience in leadership or mentorship of a team.

Must have proven cross functional work in previous experience along with strong interpersonal skills, time management, project management skills, business acuity and high self awareness/EQ. Also must have previous research experience, influence skills, initial leadership exposure, ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements, and work in ambiguity and solution.
