IRM Technical Product Manager

As an Enterprise Information Risk & Cybersecurity (EIRC) Technical IRM Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, coordinating and actively orchestrating the delivery plans for sophisticated, cross-functional risk enterprise platforms and solutions spanning multiple, technical efforts and teams throughout the company. These enterprise IT GRC technology platforms support second line governance of Information & Technology risks across the company and require tight integration and positive relationships with other second line, technology first line and third line audit teams.

This role is a pivotal driver of the Information Risk Management program and decision-making processes and involved in developing and supporting IRM strategy, orchestration of critical initiatives, operational processes, communications, and engagement to build our evolving and maturing IRM organization.

A qualified candidate will provide technical expertise based on IRM and cybersecurity experience, along with an attention to detail and planning allowing us to deliver on our commitments. Additionally, the role requires experience and familiarity with a wide range of information and technology risk technologies and concepts.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set Product Vision: Accountable for working closely with IRM leaders, engineering development and support teams, and other product managers and product owners within the division to orchestrate and integrate overall vision for multiple strategic IRM platforms
  • Define and maintain strategic IRM roadmaps and collaboration across key partners to ensure roadmaps are synced and not duplicative. Define and be responsible for critical metrics for measure of success across multiple technical IRM risk products and collaborators.
  • Stakeholdering: Assist IRM product teams in delivering key messages, marketing and communications about IRM products and technology risk platforms across the enterprise.
  • Design Partnership: Partner with design to ensure cohesive future state user visions and experiences are aligned through a one-year vision with an understanding of the Design process.
  • Manage and coordinate IRM divisional OKRs, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Roadmaps and correlate multiple connected initiatives into a single comprehensive view; collaborate with internal and external partners regarding strategic and operational initiatives (including Cyber Transformation projects), in partnership with IRM leadership team, collaborators and working group members
  • Draft executive level reporting and presentations in close partnership with the IRM leadership team (ex: IRM divisional meeting decks, Department QBRs, Leadership team meetings, roadshows, special initiatives, etc.)
  • Responsible for delivering IRM presentations, roadmaps, status updates, metrics, and reporting
  • Accountable for representing IRM while aligning to one or more large, complex programs consisting of multiple efforts.
  • Member of IRM leadership team driving strategy
  • Makes connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and facilitation of interdependencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience including driving strategies.
  • 3 or more years of product management experience in risk, cybersecurity and business functions with Agile team experience
  • Must have demonstrated cross functional work in previous experience along with strong interpersonal skills, time management, project management skills, eye for business and self awareness/EQ.
  • Must have previous research experience, influence skills, initial leadership exposure, ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements, and work in ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, ask questions and become the ""go to expert"" on certain concepts and topics.
  • Ability to track multiple visible multidisciplinary projects or initiatives; provides thought leadership.
  • Solves unique problems with a broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Impacts the direction and resource allocation for program, project, or services; works within department policies and industry guidelines.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
