Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Co-Create Product Roadmap with Sr. PMs: Responsible for helping to sequence and prioritize roadmap.

  • Define and measure OKRs for product work stream

  • Gather Requirements: Understand the problem state and unmet needs of the client for the objective of defining epics/features.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with technology, design, customers/users to shape, test and build the right experiences for our clients.

  • Epics & Features: Translate vision into epics/features requirements and acceptance criteria that is based on a deep understanding of both strategy and technology.

  • Author User Stories: Translate requirements to user stories for engineering and design teams.

  • Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories.

  • Facilitate Ceremonies: Participate in the daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, External Demos and Retrospectives.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

  • 2-3 years working in a Product Management Role, with agile team experience

  • Knowledge Preferred: formal business analyst, engineering or testing experience.

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry

  • Proven cross functional work in previous experience along with strong communication skills, time management, project management skills, eye for business and self-awareness/EQ.

  • Influence skills, initial leadership exposure, ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements, and work with ambiguity.

  • Solve sophisticated problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
