What's the role?
Our Digital Communications Documents Manager role is our lead account manager for the Print and Digital Documents Management team. This team is responsible for all communications with our customers, both through print and digital channels. This role acts as the sole owner for onboarding new types of work into the team and is the primary relationship-owner with key partners in the business. In addition to internal relationships, this role will lead the cooperation and partnership of external vendors to support our team goals.
One challenge will be to formalize our intake process, socialize it with the business, and coach everyone through the change. Another challenge will be to take our print mail and figure out the best way to deliver it digitally. We're also working to grow our team's capability with direct communication, so we'll lean on you to coach us.

Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience emphasizing leadership, team building, communication, problem-solving and decision making, and personal development.
Communications experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to drive engagement of team through coaching, team building, celebrating success and leading through change.
Proven ability to set expectations, and empower individuals. Achieves positive results and makes them visible to department. Excellent organizational change experience is required.
Sound decision making with proven skills in interpreting data to drive improvements and anticipate future consequences and trends.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task in a production environment.
3-5 years practical people management experience working with staff in an operational environment where effective supervision and mentor were demonstrated.
This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
