What's the role?

The Digital Business Project Manager will report to the Chief of Staff in the CX Digital Product organization. The candidate will play a critical role in leading vendor solutions used by the CX function as well as coordinating with various digital products leaders to manage and provide resource capacity transparency. This role will work cross functionally within Digital Products as well as across the CX function (strategy, journeys, research and design). The candidate will institute strong organizational and analytical skills to develop processes, track progress, communicate and manage stakeholder expectations. The successful candidate will have proven track record in managing vendors, resource capacity planning, product management and technology experience.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently handles CX vendor applications by partnering with CX stakeholders, finance, sourcing and procurement department.
  • Leads periodic security evaluations by partnering with Security, Engineering, Product Management and Design departments.
  • Overseas the administration of applications, including granting or removing access, contract renewals and is the point person for vendor interactions.
  • Coordinates with vendor to arrange training sessions
  • Works with Digital Products leadership to track and report on resource capacity across enterprise initiatives.
  • Managing and tracking Digital Product initiatives in dashboard format
  • At the direction of Chief of Staff develops presentations
  • Identifies alternative options in the development and improvements for new policies and processes. Incumbent will build out new processes and systems that help realize efficiencies and cost savings for the division.
  • Responsible to manage project risk through the development, maintenance and revision of reports and tracking tools. Using approved methodologies uses all available tools to identify potential problems before they occur.
  • Understands the key business drivers as they relate to the projects. Adapts to the various internal procedures and forms close links with the business partner representatives, ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, scope and above all, client happiness, can be realized.
  • Explains information and persuades others in straightforward situations. Effectively interact, negotiate and influence project teams and business partners to provide acceptable solutions and results.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and outstanding excel skills including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables and reporting.
  • Process Improvement
  • Ability to work with general direction to scope, plan and lead cross-department or multi-department projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and handle mid-complexity assignments.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • High degree of personal initiative and motivation.


This job is not covered by the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement.
