Within the Field Talent Acquisition and Growth team, our goal is to drive field engagement, adoption, and execution of consistent New Representative Growth and Development strategies through the distribution of process-driven best practices and performance-support resources to the field in a meaningful and impactful way. 

As the Content Management Consultant, you will reporting to the Assistant Director, Candidate Experience and establish systems and support the management, development, and reporting of our content to assist our local office leaders and staff with their responsibilities for attracting and developing full time and intern talent.  

 
Accountabilities:  

  • Establish and manage content, or material management processes, across multiple channels, inclusive of candidate-facing recruitment materials and Career Distribution’s talent attraction and new rep growth and development. 

  • Ensure alignment across brand, external and internal facing content or materials 

  • Lead new LMS migration efforts for Talent Acquisition and Growth materials, and establish channel expectations for content across various platforms (LMS, LINKNet)  

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to establish, maintain, and implement rules of engagement for content development & management purposes (decision matrix)  

  • Develop and execute content intake and review processes with internal and external stakeholders, to track, align and prioritize content build, retire, and management efforts  

  • Manage and engage internal and external content partners and platforms: Instructional Designers, Brand and Creative, LINKNet, LMS, Network store  

  • Through collaboration with compliance partners, build and institute compliance review protocols, and manage compliance review processes, relationships, and tracking   

  • Oversee projects supported by internal and external Instructional Design teams and ensure alignment to brand and management processes (Vendor and Internal). Manage projects, progress, and communications between content developers and SMEs as content reviewers and  provide oversight surrounding alignment and adherence to brand and strategy  

  • Manage content development vendor relationships, including operational budget management  

  • Through partnerships with Creative and Brand key stakeholders, enable brand-aligned material development through internal and external developers  

  • Develop processes and systems for collection of process and data-driven best practices for fueling the growth of the distribution system  

  • Establish tactics and strategies for deploying messaging, field thought leading best practices to drive adoption and execution in the field, consulting with communication partners internally and externally  

  • Measure content adoption, and identify opportunities for cross-functional scalability and collaboration with home office and field stakeholders and departments  

  • Provide insights surrounding the Talent Acquisition & Growth team’s content management efforts, and report findings to leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.

  • 5 years professional experience with 3+ years in Communication and Content Management and Development. 

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to identify or anticipate future trends and assess their relevance to NM 

  • Proven ability to lead and influence change through others 

  • Intellectual curiosity through urgency and execution

  • Communicates effectively in role, escalating barriers and obstacles and maintains open lines of communication with other partners 

  • Creates and executes project plans to deliver on work, supporting successful completion
