Assistant Director, Web & Digital Experience (Conversion)

This role is responsible for bringing NM's pre-client strategy to life by building out new end-to-end marketing strategies across the consumer journey. This role partners with multiple disciplines within marketing as well as cross-functionally to develop and deliver an exceptional user experience designed to acquire and engage our next generation of clients.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develops marketing strategy across the client journey focusing on driving conversion and deepening engagement and loyalty with clients.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization : Analyzes and optimizes the conversion funnel(s) to increase the % of site visitors who perform our desired actions/events.
  • Customer Data: Partners with cross-functional Marketing Operations teams to define, capture and action relevant user data to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Email Acquisition: Leads, analyzes and optimizes the email collection strategy across the digital ecosystem to increase audience and drive engagement and conversion.
  •  B2C Marketing: Develops and executes compelling messaging, tactics and strategies to promote products and services in the pre-client journey to drive conversion.
  •   Leadership: Leads large projects and initiatives and works cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
  •  Relationship Management: Serves as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams; serves as the voice of the consumer as well as marketing in order to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Budget Management: Manages budget, including vendors contracts and project resources.
  • Effectiveness: Accountable for tracking conversion; and establishing processes to ensure deliverables are met

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 9+ years of experience in a Marketing role responsible for developing strategy.
  •  Experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
  • Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing and target audience to assess needs, trends, and opportunities. Understanding of the sales cycle and full funnel marketing.
  •  Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large projects to completion and manage a team of marketers.
  •  Influence: Ability to make recommendations and have stakeholders adopt a new point of view.
  •  Data Driven/Analytical: The ability to analyze data and insights and translate into marketing programs and campaigns and assess program effectiveness.

  •  Communication: Effectively communicates with key stakeholders at all levels; provides feedback; provides a point of view.
  •  Presentation: Can effectively present complex information to internal and external partners at all levels.
  •  Results Driven: Demonstrated ability to successfully hit KPIs
