Associate Software Engineer

What's the role?

Apply engineering standard methodologies in order to analyze, design and develop deploy and support software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades. Develop software and systems on test driven development and continuous integration practices; establish monitoring and automation processes. In a DevOps environment, you move between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence, helping to bring out the best in those around you.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

  • Specific technical requirements/platforms include Javascript, ReactJS, Node.JS, Java.

  • Develops a robust understanding of digital products that you and your team support.

  • Builds, improves, and supports those digital products with the mentorship the of team.

  • Participates in code evaluations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements.

  • Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams and non-technical teams.

  • 0-4 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and test program units.

  • Work on improvement/maintenance of existing systems and help us plan for how to take these capabilities into a modern architecture

  • Participate in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements.

  • Prepare and updates documentation as appropriate.

  • Writing and debugging online and batch applications

  • Work collaboratively on creative solutions with product owners and developers.
