Associate Automation Engineer

We are looking for someone who is excited about the ever changing
Intelligent Automation field. As an associate automation engineer you will be helping to design and build end to end attended and unattended automations. Initial work will be with our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) product to build unattended automations that support the business in handling various activities that support our clients, field and home office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops a robust understanding of digital products that you and your team support.

  • Apply engineering best practices in order to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy and support software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades with the guidance of the team.

  • Develop software and systems on test driven development and continuous integration practices; establish monitoring and automation processes.

  • In a DevOps environment, you move between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence, helping to bring out the best in those around you.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Classroom programming experience

  • Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset

  • Able to dissect problems and recommend solutions

  • Basic technical skills

  • Able to handle straight-forward tasks

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements

  • Experience with Object Oriented programming language is needed to build the automations. Experience with C# is a plus.
