Summary
Partner and advise Managing Partners on their operations. Assist a team of primary business advisors (Principals) in their efforts to drive affiliate performance by driving performance in offices through applying problem solving and experience based judgement to the complex challenges of these businesses. These challenges holistically include local strategy, financial management, talent development optimization, culture refinement, regulatory compliance and leadership development. Assist Managing Partners in driving execution of business plans and aligning these plans with the Company strategy. Stage, sequence and deliver the strategic initiatives within each assigned distribution affiliate.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Engage in operating plan support in NOs as determined by team's VP and Principals to expand NO performance results.

Support tactical needs of the NO across performance dimensions; serve as an execution resource for implementing and adjusting local systems and procedures, supporting local talent development and success.

Build relationships and serve as team's primary point of contact for NO Staff and second-line leadership during longer term engagements.

Collaborate with Distribution Excellence Team to support the implementation of tailored solutions.

Communicate effectiveness of resources deployed. Provide feedback and observations to Distribution Excellence regarding programs and best practices.

Data output / observations summarized with well-constructed analyses including clarified results.

Customize reports and presentations tailored to NO leadership audiences.

Progress multiple projects / engagements simultaneously.
Qualifications

Advanced technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to gather, analyze, interpret and present data at both a NO and portfolio level with primary focus on internal HO audiences.

Proactively monitors processes using critical thinking skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with alignment to organizational strategic goals.

MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
